    Art. 1er.Le règlement grand-ducal du 15 août 2019 portant sur l’évaluation et la promotion des élèves de la formation professionnelle et abrogeant le règlement grand-ducal du 31 août 2016 portant sur l’évaluation et la promotion les élèves de la formation professionnelle est modifié comme suit : L’article 6, paragraphe 2 est remplacé par la disposition suivante : « (2) Le bilan final d’une formation DAP ou DT autres que celles évoquées au paragraphe premier est réussi si les quatre conditions cumulatives suivantes sont remplies : l’élève a au moins réussi 90 pour cent des modules obligatoires ;l’élève a au moins réussi 90 pour cent des modules obligatoires de l’enseignement professionnel ;tout module obligatoire a été évalué à au moins 20 points ;l’élève a réussi tous les modules fondamentaux. » L’article 22 est complété par un second alinéa libellé comme suit : « Le règlement grand-ducal du 31 août 2016 portant sur l’évaluation et la promotion des élèves de la formation professionnelle reste d’application jusqu’au début de l’année scolaire 2020/2021 pour tous les élèves autres que ceux admis pendant l’année scolaire 2019/2020 en première année de formation ou en première année de formation après le bilan intermédiaire.  »
