    Art. 1er.Le point 2 de l’article 3 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 20 décembre 1999 concernant l’établissement de l’indice des prix à la consommation est remplacé comme suit :Le schéma de pondération ayant vigueur pour les indices correspondant aux douze mois de l’année 2020 est dérivé des comptes nationaux de l’année 2018. Les coefficients de pondération figurant dans ce schéma sont ajustés de manière à tenir compte des variations de prix qui se sont produites entre l’année 2018 et le mois de décembre 2019, mois de référence pour le calcul des indices mensuels de l’année 2020. ».
