    Art. 1er.L’article 1 du règlement grand-ducal du 18 mars 2020 portant introduction d’une série de mesures dans le cadre de la lutte contre le Covid-19, désigné ci-après « le règlement », est modifié comme suit :Entre le neuvième et le dixième tiret, il est inséré un nouveau tiret rédigé comme suit : «  déplacement nécessaire à l'exercice du droit de visite et d'hébergement ainsi qu’à l’exercice des résidences alternées, tels que fixés suivant accord entre les parties ou par décision de justice,  » Au dernier tiret, le bout de phrase « , et sous condition de respecter une distance interpersonnelle de deux mètres » est supprimé. Il est inséré in fine un nouveau tiret rédigé comme suit : «  déplacement lié aux besoins indispensables des animaux de compagnie, sans aucun rassemblement. »

    Art. 2.L’article 3, paragraphe 2 du même règlement, est modifié comme suit :Le troisième tiret est complété par l’ajout des termes « orthopédistes et audioprothésistes, ». Le dernier tiret est remplacé par la disposition suivante « les activités de dépannage, de réparation, de déménagement et de dépollution, ». Il est ajouté un nouveau tiret in fine qui prend la teneur suivante : « les activités d’entretien nécessaires pour des raisons de sécurité.  »
