    Art. 5.À l’article 16 du même règlement sont apportées les modifications suivantes : Après l’alinéa 1er, sont insérés les alinéas 2 et 3 nouveaux, libellés comme suit :« Pour l’établissement du classement, le jury ne considère que :les candidats visés à l’article 1er, points 1 à 3 ;les candidats visés à l’article 1er, point 4, ayant remis leur certificat de formation pédagogique prévu à l’article 20bis de la loi modifiée du 6 février 2009 concernant le personnel de l’enseignement fondamental ;les candidats visés à l’article 1er, point 5, ayant remis leur diplôme d’instituteur, tel que mentionné à l’article 1er, points 1 à 3, ou, à défaut, une attestation de réussite de leur formation. Le ministre fixe la date limite à laquelle les candidats sont tenus de compléter leur demande ; à défaut, ils doivent se présenter à une nouvelle session du concours. ».À l’ancien alinéa 2, devenu l’alinéa 4, les mots « À l’issue du concours, il est établi » sont remplacés par ceux de « Le jury établit ».
