    Art. 1er.Par dérogation à la loi du 28 avril 2017 relative aux accidents majeurs impliquant des substances dangereuses (ci-après « la loi »), sont suspendus pendant la durée de l’état de crise telle que fixée par la loi du 24 mars 2020 portant prorogation de l’état de crise déclaré par le règlement grand-ducal du 18 mars 2020 portant introduction d’une série de mesures dans le cadre de la lutte contre le Covid-19, les délais prévus à :l’article 7, paragraphe 3, alinéa 3 de la loi ;l’article 8 de la loi ;l’article 12 de la loi ;l’article 35, paragraphe 1er, point 1 de la loi, à l’exception des délais en relation avec les activités de dépollution et les activités d’entretien nécessaires pour des raisons de sécurité visées à l’article 3, paragraphe 2, tirets 16 et 17 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 18 mars 2020 portant introduction d’une série de mesures dans le cadre de la lutte contre le Covid-19.Cette suspension du délai interrompt temporairement le cours sans effacer le délai déjà couru.
