    Art. 2.L’article 16 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 23 avril 2004 concernant l’agrément gouvernemental à accorder aux gestionnaires de services pour personnes handicapées et portant exécution de la loi du 8 septembre 1998 réglant les relations entre l’État et les organismes œuvrant dans les domaines social, familial et thérapeutique est complété par un alinéa 5 libellé comme suit :« En cas d’état de crise déclaré sur la base de l’article 32, paragraphe 4 de la Constitution, la périodicité des visites prévue à l’alinéa 2 est suspendue pendant la durée de l’état de crise et les six mois subséquents. ».
