    Art. 1er.Par dérogation à l’article 3 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 19 décembre 2008 relatif à l’abattement forfaitaire pour frais de domesticité, frais d’aides et de soins en raison de l’état de dépendance ainsi que pour frais de garde d’enfant, l’abattement forfaitaire maximal de 5.400 euros par année d’imposition est porté pour l’année d’imposition 2020 à 6.750 euros, à condition que le contribuable ait exposé des frais de domesticité pour des aides de ménage, hommes/femmes de charge et autres gens de maisons engagés soit directement par le contribuable, soit indirectement par le biais d’une entreprise ou association, et déclarés aux institutions de sécurité sociale légalement obligatoire pendant la période du 1er avril 2020 jusqu’au moins le 31 décembre 2020. Cet abattement ne peut excéder ni les frais réellement exposés, ni 450 euros pour les mois de janvier 2020 à mars 2020 et 600 euros pour les mois d’avril 2020 à décembre 2020.

    Art. 2.Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le lendemain de sa publication au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et est applicable pour l’année d’imposition 2020.
