    Art. 2.Pendant la période indiquée à l’article 1er, toute mise en circulation d’une voiture automobile à personnes dont le conducteur ne peut pas se prévaloir d’un certificat de contrôle technique en cours de validité et dont l’échéance du certificat de contrôle technique se situe entre le 18 mars 2020 et la fin de l’état de crise est uniquement autorisée sous le couvert du certificat de contrôle technique échu, qui représente un certificat de bord obligatoire.
