Art. 1er.L’article 5 du règlement grand-ducal du 30 juillet 2015 portant application, au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, de règles communes relatives aux paiements directs en faveur des agriculteurs au titre des régimes de soutien relevant de la politique agricole commune et au soutien au développement rural est complété par le paragraphe 3 suivant : « (3)Pour l’année 2020, la date limite pour le dépôt des demandes visées au paragraphe 1er est fixée au 15 juin.Pour l’année 2020, les modifications apportées conformément à l’article 15, paragraphe 1er, premier et deuxième alinéas du règlement d’exécution (UE) n° 809/2014 sont notifiées aux autorités compétentes au plus tard le 30 juin. »
