    Art. 1er.L’article 9 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 21 décembre 1998 arrêtant la nomenclature des actes et services des médecins pris en charge par l’assurance maladie est modifié comme suit :À l’alinéa 1er, la dernière phrase est supprimée.L’alinéa 2 est supprimé.L’alinéa 5, devenu l’alinéa 4, prend la teneur suivante :À la première phrase, le terme « 1er » est supprimé et la fin de ladite phrase est complétée par les termes « au cours de la première hospitalisation ».À la deuxième phrase, les termes « du rapport opératoire » sont remplacés par les termes « des rapports opératoires relatifs ».À la suite de la deuxième phrase, il est inséré une nouvelle phrase qui prend la teneur suivante :« Par un malade polytraumatisé, il est entendu : un patient qui a subi plusieurs traumatismes (plaie(s), fracture(s), brûlure(s)…) dont au moins un met en danger les fonctions vitales ».
