    Art. 1er.Pendant la durée de l’état de crise telle que fixée par la loi du 24 mars 2020 portant prorogation de l’état de crise déclaré par le règlement grand-ducal du 18 mars 2020 portant introduction d’une série de mesures dans le cadre de la lutte contre le Covid-19 et par dérogation à l’article 75 du Code civil, l’officier de l’état civil peut, sur demande des futurs conjoints, célébrer le mariage dans la maison communale ou dans l’édifice communal autre que la maison communale, déterminé par le collège des bourgmestre et échevins sous l’approbation du ministre de l’Intérieur. Mention en est faite dans l’acte de mariage.
