    Art. 1er. L’article 1er, paragraphe 2, du règlement grand-ducal du 24 avril 2020 ayant pour objet la mise en place d’une indemnité d’urgence certifiée en faveur des entreprises occupant entre 10 et 20 personnes dans le cadre de la pandémie Covid-19, est modifié comme suit :Au point 4, les mots « et qui n’excède pas 4.000.000 euros. » sont supprimés et un point-virgule est ajouté après le mot « euros ».Il est ajouté un nouveau point 5 qui prend la teneur suivante : « ont un chiffre d’affaires annuel ou un total bilan annuel qui n’excède pas 4.000.000 euros.  »
