    Art. 2.Pendant la durée de l’état de crise, telle que fixée par la loi du 24 mars 2020 portant prorogation de l’état de crise déclaré par le règlement grand-ducal du 18 mars 2020 portant introduction d’une série de mesures dans le cadre de la lutte contre le Covid-19, il est dérogé à l’article 6, alinéa 4 de la loi modifiée du 6 février 2009 concernant le personnel de l’enseignement fondamental : « Les candidats admis au concours d’admission au stage préparant à la fonction d’instituteur pour l’année 2020 disposent d’une année supplémentaire à partir de la date de leur admission au stage au 1er septembre 2020 pour présenter les pièces requises y énumérées. »
