Le nombre maximal d’enfants par agent d’encadrement est fixé comme suit :jeunes enfants : 5enfants scolarisés : 10Le local servant à l’exécution des prestations offertes par le gestionnaire de la mini-crèche ne peut comprendre plus de cinq enfants par groupe de jeunes enfants.Le local servant à l’exécution des prestations offertes par le gestionnaire de la mini-crèche ne peut comprendre plus de dix enfants par groupe d’enfants scolarisés.Tout local de séjour ne peut accueillir qu’un seul groupe d’enfants y compris les dortoirs.
