    Art. 3.À l’article 25 du même règlement sont apportées les modifications suivantes :Au paragraphe 8, point 4, la première phrase est remplacée par la disposition suivante : « 4. La culture dérobée doit être installée au plus tard le 1er novembre et ne doit pas être détruite irréversiblement avant le 1er janvier de l’année suivante.
