    Art. 1er.L’article 9 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 16 mars 2012 concernant la qualité de l’essence et des carburants diesel et l’utilisation durable des biocarburants et modifiant le règlement grand-ducal du 21 février 2000 concernant la teneur en soufre de certains combustibles liquides est complété par un paragraphe 6 libellé comme suit : « (6)Dans le cadre du rapport annuel prévu au paragraphe 1er, les fournisseurs de carburants déclarent chaque année à l’administration les filières de production des biocarburants, les volumes de biocarburants dérivés des matières premières relevant des catégories visées à l’annexe V, partie A de la directive 98/70/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 13 octobre 1998 concernant la qualité de l’essence et des carburants diesel et modifiant la directive 93/12/CEE du Conseil, ainsi que les émissions de gaz à effet de serre sur le cycle de vie par unité d’énergie, notamment les émissions estimatives provisoires moyennes liées aux changements indirects dans l’affectation des sols imputables aux biocarburants. »
