    Art. 1er.Le tableau des actes et services du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 27 octobre 2018 arrêtant la nomenclature des actes et services des sages-femmes pris en charge par l’assurance maladie est complété par une quatrième partie ayant la teneur suivante : « QUATRIÈME PARTIE : REMARQUES Dans le cadre d’un contexte épidémique imposant la modification du fonctionnement du système sanitaire par le Ministère de la Santé, les dispositions suivantes sont applicables dans le contexte de l’ordonnance de la Direction de la santé du 4 mai 2020 concernant les activités exercées en cabinet libéral.Certains actes de la nomenclature sont autorisés à être effectués en téléconsultation sous réserve du respect des éléments suivants :L’acte S14 lorsque le praticien estime que les circonstances entourant la réalisation de l’acte en téléconsultation le permettent ;L’acte S45 dans le cadre du suivi autonome de la sage-femme, lorsque le praticien estime que les circonstances entourant la réalisation de l’acte en téléconsultation le permettent, tant pendant le suivi de la grossesse ainsi que pendant la période post-natale, en dehors de toute prise en charge forfaitaire ;Le recours à la téléconsultation ne peut se faire que pour des patientes dont la prise en charge ou le traitement ont déjà été initiés en présentiel ;Le recours à la téléconsultation se fait préférentiellement par l’utilisation de l’outil de l’agence e-Santé avec visiophonie ;La présence physique au Luxembourg du professionnel de santé reste requise.Dans le cadre d’un retour à domicile anticipé, c’est-à-dire pour une sortie de moins de 48 heures après la naissance de l’enfant, le médecin traitant peut prescrire le forfait S26 pour permettre d’assurer la continuité de la prise en charge en dehors du milieu hospitalier. »
