    Art. 1er.Par dérogation à l’article 7 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 14 novembre 2013 concernant l’agrément à accorder aux gestionnaires de services d’éducation et d’accueil pour enfants et pour les besoins des mesures à prendre dans le cadre de la pandémie du Covid-19, il peut être dérogé aux conditions de qualification professionnelle applicables au personnel d’encadrement des enfants visé par l’article 7. À cet effet, une demande motivée par les besoins en personnel liés à la pandémie du Covid-19 doit être introduite par le gestionnaire au ministre ayant l’Enfance et la Jeunesse dans ses attributions. La durée de validité de la décision d’octroi portant dérogation aux conditions de qualification professionnelle du personnel d’encadrement des enfants expire en date du 15 septembre 2021.
