    Art. 1er.À l’article 5 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 30 juillet 2015 portant application, au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, de règles communes relatives aux paiements directs en faveur des agriculteurs au titre des régimes de soutien relevant de la politique agricole commune et au soutien au développement rural sont apportées les modifications suivantes :Le paragraphe 1er est remplacé par la disposition suivante : « (1) Les demandes de paiements à la surface et les données relatives au recensement viticole sont déposées auprès du Service d’économie rurale au plus tard le 15 mai de l’année civile concernée. » L’article 5 est complété par les paragraphes 4 et 5 suivants : « (4)Pour l’année 2022, la date limite pour le dépôt des demandes visées au paragraphe 1er est fixée au 22 avril.À partir de l’année 2023, la date limite pour le dépôt des demandes visées au paragraphe 1er est fixée au 31 mars.(5)À partir de l’année 2021, les modifications apportées conformément à l’article 15, paragraphe 1er, alinéas 1er et 2, du règlement d’exécution (UE) n° 809/2014 sont notifiées aux autorités compétentes au plus tard le 31 mai. »
