    Art. 1er.L’article 5bis du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 5 avril 2001 fixant les règles applicables en matière de promotion des oeuvres européennes dans les services de médias audiovisuels est complété par les paragraphes 3 et 4 nouveaux libellés comme suit : « (3)L’obligation imposée en vertu du paragraphe (1) ne s’applique pas aux fournisseurs de services de médias qui ont un chiffre d'affaires peu élevé ou une faible audience conformément aux lignes directrices de la Commission établies en vertu de l’article 13, paragraphe 7, de la directive 2010/13/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 10 mars 2010 visant à la coordination de certaines dispositions législatives, réglementaires et administratives des États membres relatives à la fourniture de services de médias audiovisuels (directive Services de médias audiovisuels). » « (4)L’obligation imposée en vertu du paragraphe (1) ne s’applique pas lorsqu'elle est impossible à respecter ou injustifiée en raison de la nature ou du thème des services de médias audiovisuels. »
