    Art. 1er.Les articles 2, 3, 4 et 5 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 23 décembre 2013 portant fixation du droit d’accise autonome et dispositions diverses sur les tabacs manufacturés sont remplacés comme suit : « Art. 2.Les cigarettes, qui sont mises à la consommation dans le pays, sont passibles d’un droit d’accise autonome se composant :d’une part ad valorem de 6,86 pour cent du prix de vente au détail, d’après le barème établi par le Ministre des Finances ;en outre, d’une part spécifique de 12,50 euros par 1.000 pièces.Art. 3.L’accise à percevoir sur les cigarettes en vertu de l’article 8 (4) de la loi est fixée à 124 euros par 1.000 pièces.Art. 4.Les tabacs à fumer fine coupe destinés à rouler les cigarettes et autres tabacs à fumer, qui sont mis à la consommation dans le pays, sont passibles d’un droit d’accise autonome se composant :d’une part ad valorem de 2,75 pour cent du prix de vente au détail, d’après le barème établi par le Ministre des Finances ;en outre, d’une part spécifique de 19,50 euros par kilogramme.Art. 5.L’accise à percevoir sur les tabacs à fumer fine coupe destinés à rouler les cigarettes et autres tabacs à fumer en vertu de l’article 8 (6) de la loi est fixée à 58,50 euros par kg. »
