Art. 1er.L’article 1er, alinéa 2, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 4 décembre 2009 fixant un nombre limite pour le cadre du personnel de l’Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation est modifié comme suit : « Dans la catégorie de traitement A, groupe de traitement A1, le nombre des emplois est fixé à soixante.Dans la catégorie de traitement A, groupe de traitement A2, le nombre des emplois est fixé à vingt.Dans la catégorie de traitement B, groupe de traitement B1, le nombre des emplois est fixé à seize.Dans la catégorie de traitement C, groupe de traitement C1, le nombre des emplois est fixé à six. »
