Article 8 of Directive 2009/81/EC is amended as follows:

(1) in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 400 000 ’ is replaced by ‘EUR 414 000 ’;

(2) in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 5 000 000 ’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 186 000 ’.

Article 4 #art_4

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2014.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
