La loi du 27 juin 2016 concernant le soutien au développement durable des zones rurales est abrogée par la loi du 2 août 2023 concernant le soutien au développement durable des zones rurales. Toutefois, en vertu de l'article 120 de la loi précitée : 1. l’article 76 relatif à la restitution des aides reste applicable aux aides allouées au titre de ladite loi ; 2. le paiement des aides allouées au titre de ladite loi est opéré conformément aux conditions qu’elle prévoit ; 3. loi modifiée du 27 juin 2016
