Le nombre limite des emplois dans les différentes carrières du personnel de l'Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation, telles que définies à l'article 13 de la loi modifiée du 30 mai 2005 portant: 1) organisation de l'Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation 2) modification de la loi modifiée du 22 juin 1963 fixant le régime des traitements des fonctionnaires de l'Etat, est fixé comme suit:

1. Dans la catégorie de traitement A, groupe de traitement A1, le nombre des emplois est fixé à quarante.
2. Dans la catégorie de traitement A, groupe de traitement A2, le nombre des emplois est fixé à dix-sept.
3. Dans la catégorie de traitement B, groupe de traitement B1, le nombre des emplois est fixé à treize.
4. Dans la catégorie de traitement C, groupe de traitement C1, le nombre des emplois est fixé à six.
Art. 2. #art_2 applicable 2009-12-19
Le règlement grand-ducal du 31 octobre 2001 fixant un nombre limite pour le cadre du personnel de l'Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation est abrogé.

Notre Ministre des Communications et des Médias est chargé de l'exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Mémorial.
