    Art. 73.Les articles 27, 28 et 33, points 8° (ii) à l’exception du remplacement du renvoi et (iii) et 9° (iii), n’entrent en vigueur qu’à partir du moment où l’exigence de couverture des besoins de liquidité est applicable conformément au règlement délégué (UE) 2015/61 de la Commission du 10 octobre 2014 complétant le règlement (UE) n° 575/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil en ce qui concerne l’exigence de couverture des besoins de liquidité pour les établissements de crédit.Les points 5°, 9°, 10°, 11° et 12° de l’article 60 n’entrent en vigueur qu’à partir du 1er janvier 2016.
