    Art. 2.L’article 11 de la loi modifiée du 14 février 1955 précitée est modifié comme suit :Au paragraphe 2 les termes « à l’alinéa premier » sont remplacés par les termes « au paragraphe 1er ».Trois nouveaux paragraphes sont ajoutés in fine libellés comme suit : « (4)En cas de transport d’un conteneur ou d’une caisse mobile, le chargeur et le transporteur sont passibles des mêmes peines prévues au paragraphe premier s’ils ont toléré la mise en circulation d’un véhicule ou d’un ensemble de véhicules couplés dont la masse en charge excède de plus de 10 % la masse maximale autorisée.(5)En cas de transport d’un conteneur ou d’une caisse mobile, le chargeur doit remettre au transporteur auquel il confie le transport une déclaration indiquant la masse de ce conteneur ou de cette caisse mobile transportés. L’omission d’émettre cette déclaration ou le fait d’émettre une déclaration erronée est puni d’une amende de 25 à 250 euros. (6)L’omission du transporteur de pouvoir présenter la déclaration visée au paragraphe 5 ou le fait de présenter une déclaration erronée ou falsifiée est puni d’une amende de 25 à 250 euros.  »
