    Art. 2.Les dépenses engagées au titre du projet visé à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 47.500.000 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 764.68 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er octobre 2016. Déduction faite des dépenses déjà engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, ce montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précitée.
