    Art. 2.Les dépenses engagées au titre du projet visé à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 62.435.545,17 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 779,82 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er octobre 2017. Déduction faite des dépenses déjà engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, ce montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précité.Au cas où l’avancement des travaux oblige l’établissement public « Centres, Foyers et Services pour personnes âgées » à assurer, en tout ou en partie, le préfinancement de la participation de l’État accordée, mais non encore versée, ce dernier supporte les intérêts y relatifs.
