Art. 2.Les dépenses engagées au titre du projet visé à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 433 542 551 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 779,82 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er octobre 2017. Déduction faite des dépenses déjà engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, ce montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précité.
