    Art. 2.À l’article 6 de la même loi, il est inséré un paragraphe 3 libellé comme suit :(3)Lorsque des indices concrets laissent supposer que les informations visées à l’article 37, paragraphe 1er, de la décision 2007/533/JAI du Conseil du 12 juin 2007 sur l’établissement, le fonctionnement et l’utilisation du système d’information Schengen de deuxième génération (SIS II) sont nécessaires à la prévention d’une menace grave émanant de l’intéressé ou d’autres menaces graves pour la sûreté intérieure et extérieure de l’État, le SRE peut être autorisé par le Comité ou, en cas d’urgence et sous réserve de faire confirmer la décision dans les meilleurs délais par le Comité, par le ministre, pour une durée de six mois à compter de la date d’autorisation, à initier auprès de l’office national N.SIS II un signalement pour contrôle discret des personnes ou des objets visés à l’article 36, paragraphe 1er, de la décision 2007/533/JAI précitée.L’autorisation du Comité peut être renouvelée dans les mêmes conditions de forme et de durée. »
