    Art. 2.Les dépenses engagées au titre du projet visé à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 137.200.000 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 775,93 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er avril 2017. Déduction faite des dépenses déjà engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, ce montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précitée.
