    Art. 2.Les dépenses occasionnées par les travaux vises à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 73.000.000 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur de 779,82 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er octobre 2017. Déduction faite des dépenses déjà engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, le montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précité.
