Article unique.L’article 295 de la loi électorale modifiée du 18 février 2003 est modifié comme suit :L’alinéa 6 est remplacé par la disposition suivante : « Un chiffre arabe, correspondant au même numéro d’ordre est imprimé en gros caractères en tête de chaque liste ; le numéro d’ordre est suivi de la dénomination de la liste qui peut inclure le nom du parti politique européen auquel le parti politique ou le groupement de candidats est affilié. Le recours à l’utilisation d’un logo dans la dénomination de la liste est exclu. L’affiche reproduit aussi l’instruction annexée à la présente loi. » Les alinéas 7 à 10 sont supprimés.
