    Art. 1er.À l’article 23 de la loi du 28 octobre 2016, il est inséré un paragraphe 10 nouveau qui prend la teneur suivante : « (10) Le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg reconnaît pour les ressortissants visés à l’article 3, point q), les titres de formation sanctionnant une formation de médecine de base, de médecin-spécialiste, de médecin-généraliste, d’infirmier, de médecin-dentiste, de médecin-dentiste spécialiste, de médecin-vétérinaire, de sage-femme, de pharmacien et d’architecte, délivrés au Royaume-Uni et visés à l’annexe V de la directive 2005/36/CE, points 5.1.1., 5.1.2., 5.1.3., 5.1.4., 5.2.2., 5.3.2., 5.3.3., 5.4.2., 5.5.2., 5.6.2., et 5.7.1., telle qu’en vigueur au moment où le Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord se retire de l’Union européenne sans accord de retrait, en conformité avec les conditions minimales de formation telles que visées respectivement aux articles 24, 25, 28, 31, 34, 35, 38, 40, 41, 44, 46 et 47 de la présente loi.  »

    Art. 2.La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour où le Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord, conformément à l’article 50, paragraphe 3, du Traité sur l’Union européenne, se retire de l’Union européenne sans qu’un accord, visé à l’article 50, paragraphe 2, du Traité, ait été conclu.
