    Art. 1er.L’article 11, paragraphe 1er, de la loi du 14 septembre 2018 relative à une administration transparente et ouverte prend la teneur suivante :« La Commission d’accès aux documents est composée de cinq membres effectifs dont un magistrat, un représentant du Premier ministre, ministre d’État, un représentant de la Commission nationale pour la protection des données, un représentant du Syndicat des villes et communes luxembourgeoises et un représentant du Service information et presse du Gouvernement. Pour chaque membre effectif de la commission, deux membres suppléants sont nommés, à choisir selon les mêmes critères que le membre effectif qu’ils ont vocation à remplacer en cas d’empêchement. Les membres effectifs et les membres suppléants de la Commission d’accès aux documents sont nommés pour une durée de quatre ans par le Grand-Duc sur proposition du Premier ministre, ministre d’État. La présidence est assurée par le magistrat. »
