    Art. 1er.Sans préjudice de l’article 12, alinéa 5, de la loi modifiée du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l’aménagement communal et le développement urbain, le collège des bourgmestre et échevins peut organiser la réunion d’information avec la population en ayant recours, exclusivement ou partiellement à la visioconférence, permettant la communication entre la population et le collège des bourgmestre et échevins pendant la réunion.Lorsque la réunion d’information se tient exclusivement ou partiellement par visioconférence, la publication du dépôt par voie d’affiches apposées dans la commune de la manière usuelle et invitant le public à prendre connaissance du projet, prévue à l’article 12, alinéa 2, de la loi précitée du 19 juillet 2004, la publication dans au moins quatre quotidiens imprimés et publiés au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, prévue à l’article 12, alinéa 3, de la loi précitée du 19 juillet 2004 et le site internet de la commune où est publié le projet d’aménagement général font mention que la réunion a lieu exclusivement ou partiellement par visioconférence et de l’outil, dont il sera fait usage, ainsi que des modalités d’inscription et d’accès.
