Art. 2.L’article 6 de la même loi est modifié comme suit :Le paragraphe 1er est remplacé par le texte suivant :«(1)Les comptes annuels de toute société d’impact sociétal sont accompagnés d’un rapport financier annuel certifiant le respect des dispositions de l’article 4, paragraphe 3, de l’article 5, paragraphe 1er, et de l’article 8, paragraphe 1er. » ;Au paragraphe 3, les termes « du réviseur d’entreprises agréé » sont remplacés par les termes « financier annuel  »;À la suite du paragraphe 3, il est ajouté un paragraphe 4 nouveau libellé comme suit :«(4)Le rapport financier annuel d’une société d’impact sociétal ayant un chiffre d’affaires ou un actif net entre 100 001 et 1 000 000 euros est établi par un commissaire aux comptes.Celui d’une société d’impact sociétal ayant un chiffre d’affaires ou un actif net supérieur à 1 000 000 euros est établi par un réviseur d’entreprises agréé.Un modèle de rapport financier annuel peut être défini par règlement grand-ducal. »
