    Art. 2.Les dépenses engagées au titre du projet visé à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 159 500 000 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 837,53 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction d’avril 2020. Déduction faite des dépenses engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, ce montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précitée.
