    Art. 2.Les dépenses occasionnées par les travaux visés à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 246 710 000 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur de 845,51 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er octobre 2020. Déduction faite des dépenses déjà engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, le montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précité.
