    Art. 2.Les dépenses engagées au titre du projet visé à l’article 1er ne peuvent pas dépasser le montant de 49 000 000 euros TTC. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 845,51 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er octobre 2020. Déduction faite des dépenses déjà engagées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, ce montant est adapté semestriellement en fonction de la variation de l’indice des prix de la construction précité.
