    Art. 2.Les dépenses occasionnées par la présente loi ne peuvent dépasser le montant de 367 000 000 euros, y inclus les frais liés à l’acquisition et au support logistique des véhicules et leurs sous-systèmes d’armes et de communication à prix constants aux conditions économiques de 2021 sans préjudice d’une adaptation des paiements annuels en fonction de l’évolution des conditions économiques telle que déterminée par l’évolution de l’indice des prix à la consommation national. Ce montant ne comprend pas la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée.
