    Art. 2.Comité national de la facilitation(1)Il est institué auprès de la Direction de l’aviation civile, ci-après « DAC », un Comité national de la facilitation, ci-après « Comité ». Le Comité a pour mission d’assurer la mise en œuvre sur le plan national de la réglementation internationale et européenne en matière de facilitation dans le domaine de l’aviation civile.(2)La composition du Comité est définie par règlement grand-ducal. Celui-ci détermine également le mode de fonctionnement du Comité qui peut s’adjoindre des experts ainsi que des représentants de l’aviation civile selon les besoins.
