    Art. 2.L’article 179 de la loi modifiée du 18 décembre 2015 relative à la défaillance des établissements de crédit et de certaines entreprises d’investissement est modifié comme suit :Au paragraphe 2, l’alinéa 3 est complété par la phrase suivante :« À cette fin, le FGDL peut notamment contracter des lignes de crédit. » ;Au paragraphe 4, l’alinéa 2 est complété par les mots suivants :« et que les engagements du FGDL aient été honorés ».
