    Art. 4.L’annexe II, point 2, alinéa 2, du même règlement est modifié comme suit: « Dans certaines circonstances, des valeurs limites jusqu’à trois fois plus élevées peuvent être admises pour les paramètres spécifiques visés au présent point, autres que le carbone organique total sur éluat aux points 2.1.2.1, lettre a), 2.1.2.2, lettre a), 2.2.2, lettre d), 2.3.1 et 2.4, lettre d), les BTEX, les PCB et les hydrocarbures aux points 2.1.2.1, lettre b) et 2.1.2.2, lettre b), le carbone organique total (COT) et le pH au point 2.3.2 et le COT au point 2.4, lettre c), et en limitant l’accroissement possible de la valeur limite pour le COT aux points 2.1.2.1, lettre b), et 2.1.2.2, lettre b), à un maximum de deux fois la valeur limite, si les émissions y compris les lixiviats de la décharge, en tenant compte des limites fixées pour les paramètres spécifiques correspondants visés au présent point, ne présentent aucun risque supplémentaire pour l’environnement, selon ce qui ressort d’une évaluation des risques. »
