II.Le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 24 décembre 1993 déterminant en application de l’article 455 du Code de la sécurité sociale la procédure à suivre devant le Conseil arbitral des assurances sociales et le Conseil supérieur des assurances sociales, ainsi que les délais et frais de justice est modifié comme suit :° L’intitulé du règlement grand-ducal est remplacé par l’intitulé suivant : « Règlement grand-ducal modifié du 24 décembre 1993 déterminant en application de l’article 455 du Code de la sécurité sociale la procédure à suivre devant le Conseil arbitral de la sécurité sociale et le Conseil supérieur de la sécurité sociale, ainsi que les délais et frais de justice. » L’article 45 est abrogé.
