    Art. 2.Tous les déchets dont la nature, le volume et la taille sont identiques ou similaires à ceux des déchets ménagers ou des déchets encombrants mais qui ont des origines autres que domestiques, à l’exception des déchets de production et des déchets provenant de l’agriculture et de la sylviculture, sont à considérer comme déchets assimilés, sous condition que leur volume ne dépasse pas 1100 litres par type de déchets, par producteur et par semaine calendrier.
