    Art. II.Les expéditionnaires informaticiens en service, en congé de maternité, en congé parental ou en congé sans traitement au 30 août 2017 et détenteurs d’un diplôme luxembourgeois de technicien ou d’un certificat d’études reconnu équivalent par le ministre ayant la Fonction publique dans ses attributions peuvent bénéficier pendant une période de deux années à compter de l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement des dispositions de l’article 51 du règlement grand-ducal du 27 juillet 2017 fixant le régime des traitements et les conditions et modalités d’avancement des fonctionnaires communaux, sans que la limite de vingt pour cent de l’effectif total du groupe de traitement initial doive être respectée.

    Art. III.Le présent règlement grand-ducal entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 2018.Par dérogation à l’alinéa 1er, les dispositions prévues aux points 3°, 10° et 12° de l’article Ier prennent effet au 1er septembre 2017.
