    Art. II.(1)Les employés visés au point III. « Tableau transitoire des carrières » de l’annexe du règlement grand-ducal du 28 juillet 2017 déterminant le régime et les indemnités des employés communaux et qui avaient une perspective de carrière plus favorable pour l’accès aux différents grades de leur carrière peuvent bénéficier pendant une période transitoire de cinq ans au maximum de deux avancements en grade d’après les anciennes dispositions d’avancement en grade, lorsque celles-ci s’avèrent plus favorables. Le délai minimal entre deux avancements en grade est d’une année.(2)Les employés enseignants en activité de service, en congé de maternité, en congé parental ou en congé sans indemnité au moment de l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement et classés par le présent règlement dans des grades qui, par rapport aux grades prévus par les anciennes dispositions légales, connaissent des échelons supplémentaires, accèdent à ceux-ci au plus tôt deux ans après l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement.
