    Art. 1er.L’article 2 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 5 septembre 2008 fixant les conditions et modalités relatives à la délivrance d’une autorisation de séjour en tant que travailleur salarié, est modifié comme suit :Au paragraphe 1er, premier tiret, les termes « certifiée conforme à l’original » sont supprimés ;Le paragraphe 1er, troisième tiret, est remplacé par le libellé suivant : « - une copie des diplômes ou des qualifications professionnelles du requérant, avec si nécessaire, leur traduction si la pièce originale n’est pas rédigée en langue française, allemande ou anglaise ; » ;Au paragraphe 1er, le cinquième tiret est supprimé ;Le paragraphe 2 est remplacé par le libellé suivant :« (2)La demande unique introduite par le ressortissant de pays tiers en vue de résider et de travailler sur le territoire doit comporter, outre les documents énumérés au paragraphe (1), un extrait du casier judiciaire ou un affidavit. ».
